Rufus Dimplesqueeze

Rufus Dimplesqueeze helped Charlotte Pollard when she was wondering the streets around Hyde Park alone in 1851. He took her to be fed, and then to the Duke of Wellington. He thought that Charley was a prostitute. He was the uncle of Edward Marlow. He questioned the Eighth Doctor, who was posing as Edward, about how he came back to England. (AUDIO: Other Lives)
