There is a reference to a movie about this event called Prey for a Miracle, which stars Peter Cushing as the "mysterious government advisor, Doctor Who". Peter Cushing played Dr. Who in Dr. Who and the Daleks and Daleks - Invasion Earth 2150 AD.
