Snowcap

Snowcap was a space tracking station located in Antarctica. It was commanded by General Cutler and operated under International Space Command. Besides its apparent primary function of mission control, it also contained an arsenal of cobra missiles and launch facilities for Demeter Rockets, capable of carrying a Z-Bomb. It was supported, in part, by a relay station in Hawaii. In 1986, the base was attacked by Cybermen. (DW: The Tenth Planet)
