Sturgis was a surgeon who worked at the château where Molly O'Sullivan, Kitty Donaldson and Isabel Stanford worked. He was interested in giving a blood transfusion to test the technology. He tried to give one to the Eighth Doctor. He knew about the sonic screwdriver as he was controlled by the Daleks. He killed Isabel Stanford. (AUDIO: The Great War)
