"This marks the first time in his timeline that the Fifth Doctor faces the Sontarans: The second time was in The Eight Doctors, and the third was in Lords of the Storm. Going by publication order, the first story which crossed the fifth Doctor with the Sontarans is Lords of the Storm, followed by The Eight Doctors."

Totally untrue. I just bought (havent watched yet) the third doctors adventure the time warrior of which has sontar in, and the

The Sontaran Experiment (4th) comes before the 5th.

so this is wrong. TheArtistBox 12:07, April 22, 2011 (UTC)

You don't seem to grasp what the sentence is about, it is not about how many times the Doctor has met the Sontarans overall, just within his fifth incarnation. The first part of the sentence is misleading so i shall change it. --Revan\Talk 12:14, April 22, 2011 (UTC)

Well then it should just say 'This is the first time the fifth doctor has met the sontarans. (The others were ... ... and ...)' then say in brackets the others. It doesn't has to be in that format basically. I just re-read it (the original) and got the same impression. I do not know how you can interpretant it. It's just complicated english. (basically someone trying to be clever but hasn't got the sense right.) TheArtistBox 20:12, April 22, 2011 (UTC)
