Excuse me, but it isn't odd that Runcible should be at the end of his regeneration cycle. The Master, too, is presented as the Doctor's contemporary and he's at the end of his cycle too. --24.152.179.102 22:44, 14 May 2009 (UTC)

The Master was a criminal who travelled throughout the universe and caused/was involved with many catastrophes. Runcible was a reporter who probably never left Gallifrey. The fact that they died and regenerated the same number of times despite have radically different life styles would be rather odd. -<Azes13 00:36, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
