Setting in infobox[]

Although Jenny says "Merry Christmas" to the Doctor that does not mean the episode actually takes place on 25 December, as it's common to say it in the days leading up to Christmas as well. I changed the infobox to say "Christmas season". It's possible the main episode might provide evidence that Great Detective takes places on the 25th, but it could just as easily have taken place on the 24th, 23rd or even earlier. 70.72.211.35talk to me 17:46, November 17, 2012 (UTC)

Narrator?[]

Where do we get Bill Patterson from as the narrator? Everything else I see online say it's Mark Gatiss. 70.72.211.35talk to me 05:54, January 3, 2013 (UTC)

Hi! I'm not familiar with the editing standards and such for this wikia. I just want to point out that I noticed 'current Doctor' being used (under Story notes: "This is the last televised story (not clearly branded as a prequel) in which the current Doctor appears") while we're almost 2 Doctors (the 13th has just been announced) away from the concerning Doctor, so I would like to just point it out and let someone more familiar with your standards make the edit. This is definitely not meant as negative critique or anything, I just like to help to keep this amazing and helpful wikia up-to-date, but I don't feel sure enough about doing it myself. Keep up the good work, it's astonishing how thorough this wikia is! I love it! WousV 18:54, July 23, 2017 (UTC)WousV (and sorry, but I cannot find where to put a title/header for this discussion)

This isn't too much of a problem, since Matt Smith was the current Doctor at the time. That said, the wording is a bit confusing. --Bold Clone 22:29, July 23, 2017 (UTC)
