Talk: Torvic

Just questioning something whilst listening to the Audio 'Master': It says "[One left Gallifrey. He became the Doctor.] [...] The other - the one who had smashed Torvic's head into a bloody pulp became distant [...] He was the Master." (Yes, that's highly summarised but it is the gist of what it says.) Everything else points to the Doctor commiting the action, but this line says differently. This line claims it was the Master.
