Ted Moss was a man from England who lived in Fetchborough in the the 1970s. He was attacked by Leela as she saw him as a threat, even though he told her he was a member of the council. He later broke into Martha Tyler's house but was caught by her grandson Jack Tyler and Leela. It turned out that he was a member of a pagan cult and was turned into a Fendahleen. When the Fourth Doctor made the Fetch Priory explode, the Fendaleen into which he had been transformed would have been killed. (TV: Image of the Fendahl)
