Tegana was a 13th century Mongol warlord. He posed as a peace emissary from Noghai to Kublai Khan in 1289. He attempted to slay the Khan, but was defeated by the First Doctor and Marco Polo. He subsequently committed suicide. (TV: Marco Polo)
