Teletubbies was a popular television programme for very young children that was popular in the United Kingdom on Earth in the late 20th and early 21st century.
The Master, after his election as Prime Minister of Great Britain, was seen watching an episode of Teletubbies in wonderment, marvelling at the idea of the characters having televisions in their stomachs. (DW: The Sound of Drums)
