Terrill was a member of Drachee. He came to examine The Doctor's TARDIS, and apologised for the actions of his siblings when Flip Jackson opened the door. He told the Sixth Doctor they the people of Asphya were bad. The Doctor asked why there was a warning on his system. He then demanded to take his ship. Because the Doctor didn't allow him to take the TARDIS, his siblings took Flip. He brought Flip for fun. He was annoyed at the actions of Erys and wanted to learn of other planets.
