Scott (The Bellova Devil)

The Club Secretary worked for Doctor Tulp in his organisation, the Far-Off Travellers in the 1890s. He threw a hood over Henry Gordon Jago when being questioned about Colevile. He escorted Jago to be drowned in the Thames for knowing too much. He was killed by Colevile's son, who was posing as his father. (AUDIO: The Bellova Devil)
