An individual believed to be an incarnation of the Doctor by Clive Finch was seen by Rose Tyler whilst she went through his pictures of the Doctor on 5 March 2005.
Biography[]
At some point prior to 5 March 2005, the Doctor was photographed while she was holding her sword with UNIT soldiers. The photo was marked "Top Secret" and "Buffalo".
