A Time Lord soldier began his training for the Last Great Time War during the final days of the war. He was taught by a more experienced soldier before being introduced to Hedigar, who began to explain that Arcadia was the safest place on Gallifrey due to the sky trenches.
Later, he began to search the skies for Daleks. After seeing something, which both him and his instructor assumed was a bird, he was terrified to discover that a Dalek had broken through the sky trenches. As more Daleks followed, he froze as his instructor panicked and he was killed after being exterminated. His death was recorded on his helmet but his death was later removed, out of respect for his family. (TV: The Last Day)
