A Time Scrunchy was a time travel device owned by Iris Wildthyme. Panda once used the Scrunchy to travel through time, where he met several versions of Iris throughout time and space. Panda finally tuned the Scrunchy to take him to Hobbe's End in 1972, where he met up with his Iris once again. (PROSE: From Wildthyme with Love)
