Time machine (The Singular Case of the Time Machine)

A time machine was invented by Professor Thaddeus Maine. It was used to travel to the ends of the universe and was set to be demonstrated at the Academy of Science in September of 1894. Vastra, Jenny Flint, and Strax were tasked to protect the time machine by the Prime Minister, but after attempts to steal it and kill its inventor, Madame Vastra said the time machine should be deactivated. Sadly agreeing with Vastra, Thaddeus Maine stepped inside and left with the time machine to keep it from people who would want to abuse its power. (PROSE: The Singular Case of the Time Machine)
