Thomas Dooley was an Irish deserter during the First World War. He escaped to London and lived in 107 Baker Street for a time with Molly O'Sullivan in 1918. He wanted to kill the Eighth Doctor thinking he was from the army looking for him. He wasn't a deserter, he was an executor. He knew of the Viyrans. (AUDIO: The White Room)
