Tony was a strongman at Luigi Rossini's International Circus.
Biography[]
Tony assisted in Rossini's interrogation of the Third Doctor. Jo Grant knocked Tony out with a vase after following the Doctor to the circus, and then freed the Doctor from his captivity. (TV: Terror of the Autons)
