Ulrich Grosser was probably a visual effects designer on the Doctor Who television story The Abominable Snowmen, along with Ron Oates. However, this cannot be easily proven, because the sixth episode of the serial is missing. During the Patrick Troughton era, it was only the final episode of a serial that had an expanded credit sequence and only that episode which mentioned positions like VEDs.
