Torchwood story: Everything Changes. I actually watched Torchwood first, before I realized it was a DW spinoff.
Sarah Jane Adventures story: Death of the Doctor
Big Finish Productions audio: Hasn't happened yet, but I've been contemplating looking some up, especially concerning the Eighth Doctor.

2005 series companion: Donna Noble, with Rory Williams as a close second
writer: Neil Gaiman - he was one of my favorite authors before he wrote for DW

Eighth Doctor story: Doctor Who (1996) (not much choice there, I guess, but it's a great movie)
