I was born on Earth, but aspired to the stars. I entered the society of the wider galaxy under an assumed name. Now I am training to become a human Time Lord. While our beginnings are on Earth, I think our destiny lies on Messaline, and with the genetic information stored in the progenation machines there - information capable of producing true biological Gallifreyans. Using chameleon arch technology, could the information on Messaline be used to turn a human into a Time Lord?

Only time will tell. It always does.
