21 years old. New blood, kind of.
What brought me into this?
Edit
I was familiar with Doctor Who (including the webcasts Scream of the Shalka and Real Time) prior to the fact, but Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant was still what completely brought me into the show and universe. I don't remember for certain, but the stepping stone before those was possibly the first Doctor Who at the BBC release with Elisabeth Sladen and Nicholas Courtney.
Doctor Who interests
Edit
Getting more into the classic '63-'89 series, even though there's a hell of a lot to watch. Likewise, listened to next to none of the Big Finish stuff, but enjoyed what little I did, particularly from the "New" Eighth Doctor Adventures.
Love the two BBC Wales spinoffs on top of the ongoing revival of Doctor Who, with no overall preference for the episodic or arc structure of Torchwood (though Children of Earth and Miracle Day have more consistent writing). Even the earliest Torchwood stuff, some nitpicks and elements aside, I have genuine affection for.
Have a bias towards Russell T Davies' run as producer, but I can't say at all that Steven Moffat's been a disappointment.
Also, even if they're not quite classics, I quite liked Daleks in Manhattan, Evolution of the Daleks and the Slitheen family episodes.
