Thanks for your recent edits! We hope you'll keep on editing with us. This is a great time to have joined us, because now you can play the Game of Rassilon with us and win cool stuff! Well, okay, badges. That have no monetary value. And that largely only you can see. But still: they're cool! We've got a couple of important quirks for a Wikia wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.
British English, please
We generally use British English round these parts, so if you use another form of English, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.
Spoilers aren't cool
We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.

Hey, I noticed your recents edits to the third Doctor's page were numerous. Instead of saving the page so many time, can you please use the preview button to see the changes to the page before you save it. PicsEdit

Hi. I've noticed you're continuing to use promotional pictures on in-universe articles. Please be aware that our Manual of Style strictly forbids this. Pictures of characters, locations, objects, races, and anything you'll encounter in articles about DWU subjects must be drawn from an actual episode or comic story.

Additionally, please do not specify the thumbnail size within articles. For instance, on Susan you went through and changed every thumb to 160px. This is unnecessary, as the default width is perfectly adequate. It also makes it difficult for us to make changes to pictures with bots, as the bot will not be expecting pics within the body of pages to have the pixel width specified. Moreover, leaving the pic width unaltered allows changes by the MediaWikia software to take effect. This can be valuable. The greater the standardization, the greater ability we have to manipulate things across thousands of pages, which just makes things easier all round. If you would like to argue why you think 160px is a preferable dimension, please take the issue up at Forum:Panopticon, so that it can be considered as a policy change. Doing it on individual pages won't achieve any lasting effect. Thanks :) CzechOut ☎ | ✍ 01:15, June 22, 2010 (UTC)

Blood of the Cybermen Edit
