Appearance and biology
The Ux were nearly identical to humans other than possessing visible markings on their cheeks.
They had a lifespan of thousands of years. Although Andinio appeared more elderly than Delph in 2018, by 5425, their appearances remained unchanged without any signs of ageing in the years between.
The Ux had the power of telepathic dimensional engineering. Their eyes glowed a yellow colour when their abilities were activated.

Culture and society
The Ux had a faith-based society centred around a Creator. In 2018, the Ux believed they encountered the Creator when the Stenza Tzim-Sha was teleported onto the planet via a Stenza recall device that had been corrupted by the Thirteenth Doctor. As they were isolated from the rest of the universe, they believed him to be a god. A shrine was built in honour of the Creator.
