Vachis was a fashion designer working on Kol Pasha until the larger fashion firms put him out of business. He and Noma then allied themselves with the Quoll Gevaunt, who they thought planned to cause the downfall of Kol Pasha, not knowing his real ambition. However, they learned the truth when he revealed his true form at his apartment, after which Gevaunt was killed by the Fourth Doctor. (COMIC: Victims)
