Vibeka was a young social activist living in 21st century London. In 2050, she was arrested for protesting against CCPC violence and detained by Inspector Drake. She was sent to Magdalene Academy, where she noticed the girls in Melaina's study group behaving oddly after being given bracelets. Jorjie Turner befriended Vibeka at the Academy, and Vibeka warned Jorjie about the bracelets. When Vibeka was given a bracelet and fell under its influence, Jorjie told Starkey. When he arrived, Vibeka began flirting with him, distracting him from Jorjie. Vibeka was freed when K9 destroyed the bracelets. She was no longer interested in Starkey, much to his disappointment.
