Mr Wesley was a man who lived in Wales in the early 20th century. He owned a mill.
Mr Wesley did not like people coming around his mill, especially the neighbouring children. One day he caught the Eighth Doctor, who had just landed his TARDIS, in the mill and chased him out. The chase led both men to the lane where the children were headed to school. The Doctor was too fast for Mr Wesley and he gave up the chase, ignoring the children's questions.
Later, Mr Wesley was approached by the Doctor, as a distraction, while Tommy Morgan and Ralph Baker sneaked into the mill to bring an injured Velderon to the TARDIS. Mr Wesley saw them and chased after them, but the Doctor left in the TARDIS and the boys hurried home. (PROSE: Far from Home)
