West (Manhunt)

Steven West was a member of the Intrusion Countermeasures Group in 1965. (AUDIO: Manhunt) When he was no longer posted to Countermeasures, he was asked by Allison Williams and Rachel Jensen to help them when they suspected infiltration. He was killed when helping Allison and Rachel. (AUDIO: The Keep)
