The White Hart was a pub in London in the 17th century.
It was the site of an attempted insurrection against Charles II, led by William Rokeby. Police, led by Sir Richard Stoneman-Merritt, attemped to arrest Rokeby and his followers there, but the Fourth Doctor informed those present in the pub that London was on fire. (PROSE: The Republican's Story)
