Whitenoise was the main computer on the Needle. When the humans voted to keep the peace, Whitenoise fitted all of them with computer chips to inhibit their aggression. He wanted to augment Blue Chief, but Whitenoise decided to allow him to not be augmented so he would be impartial. He wanted to eliminate Melanie Bush. (AUDIO: Red)
