Windsor

Windsor was a city in England, best known as the site of Windsor Castle and Windsor Great Park.

History[]

In 1638, the Doctor launched Nemesis into orbit to keep it out of the hands of Lady Peinforte, and it returned to Windsor in 1988. (TV: Silver Nemesis [+]Kevin Clarke, Doctor Who season 25 (BBC1 and TVNZ, 1988).)

In the 2000s, a plane destined for London, New Heathrow, crashed into Windsor, taking out the Windsor Castle. A prince and his close friend were believed to be in the castle when the crash occurred.
