Xznaal was an Ice Warrior who took over United Kingdom in 1997, he ruled over the Argyre clan. Whilst on Earth Xznaal created the Red Death, a biological weapon he intended to use remove all human life from Mars, he released a small plague of it in an attempt to kill the Doctor. He was killed when the RAF destroyed his ship, ten kilometers above London. (NA: The Dying Days)
