Zeff Dorling was an admiral in the Landoran Alliance Spaceforce. Fleet Command wanted to rally the troops by having senior officers visit them and give rousing speeches. Since they were busy managing the war between the Alliance and the Averon Union, they decided to use actors instead. They hired Oliver Malf, who resembled Dorling, to pretend to be the admiral.
